        ♦  Mentoring program

¶ Dr. Gangadhar has reached out to the EC community .. to start a mentoring program, create a mentoring program for Kids to nurture and provide education assistance to next generation. That is similar to other mentoring program .. so that there will be visibility to the hindu temple. Idea behind this is some of the members of our own congregation would be able to sign up and if our community needs guidance then this program would help towards their needs. This program can also assist in helping low income community needs.
¶ Purpose of this program is to develop a charity program under the temple. Dr. Singh & Dr Bhatia requested Dr Gangadhar to lead this program until the concept is proven and Dr Gangadhar would be able to lead this effort and wanted to ensure this is run by EC as well as board to get aligned.  Approval sought to move forward for board approval.
