DECEMBER MONTHLY EC MEETING MIN NOTES Date –12/18/2021

        ♦  No major updates .. other than gearing up for New Year.

        ♦ HVAC

¶ Quotes have been provided to fix the HVAC system and finalizing mostly to the 10 year warranty package that would cost around $37,000. This would include 16 to 18 weeks.. The challenge is getting this complete and we expect 16 to 19 weeks for this to be complete.

¶ Main Sanctum temple – Need to look to fix the roof leaks and ensure we are prepared for future. We would need to leverage the already paid insurance funds to get these fixed .. so we will need to start to look into quotes for this activity.

        ♦  Cafeteria

¶ Construction costs have increased from 240K to 400K due to all the recent supply chain and labor issues.

        ♦  Cultural

¶ No New info on this.

        ♦  IT Committee

¶ Pages updated for review by website viewers . Team working towards updating the pooja list so that they are current.

¶ Annual sponsorship for the membership fliers need to be sent as well.

        ♦  Finance Review

¶ A review of current month financials as well comparison of year over year financials were complete. November MONTHLY EXPENSES - $27,272.26.
